At MENARON Fashion, we take pride in delivering high-quality men’s wear. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help. Please read the policy below carefully before initiating a return or refund.


1. Return Eligibility

  • Return requests must be submitted within 5 days from the date of delivery

  • Requests made after 5 days will not be accepted

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Be in original condition, exactly as received

  • Have all original tags intact

  • Be returned in the original packaging

  • Include valid proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted

  • Once approved, we will share the return instructions and shipping details


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear images of the issue for verification

Our team will review the request and resolve the issue at the earliest.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products showing signs of use, washing, stains, odor, or damage

  • Items returned without original tags or original packaging

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To exchange an item:

  1. Initiate a return for the original product within 5 days of delivery

  2. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item

This process ensures faster handling and better product availability.


5. Refund Policy

Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified about the refund approval status

Refund Timelines (After Approval)

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund processed within 2-3 working days

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refund processed within 3–5 working days

Refund Method

  • Prepaid Orders:
    Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout

  • COD Orders:
    COD refunds are processed manually. Customers must share their UPI ID or bank account details to receive the refund
